On completing the property, it can be refinanced to its ‘new market value’. The money taken out of the property can buy another property and rapidly build a property portfolio. Hopefully, the refurbishing would have added new value to the property, enough value to take most of the money invested back. When rented out, it can give a high return on investment and a significant cash flow source. Alternatively, selling the property for a nice profit. This strategy is a rewarding investment if done right.

• If you are interested in the deal, you will receive an email with the terms and conditions, and an invoice will be issued for the sourcing fee.
• Once we have the payment and signed terms and conditions, we will set up a video call to discuss the full property details.
• We then notify the selling agents who the buyer is.
• We will mark the property as Sold Subject To Contract (SSTC) 
• We will introduce you to the agent, and the purchase of the property will go through as a normal sale.
• We are here to assist with any issues that may come up in the sale process up to completion.
